A sei bridge moves your tokens to Sei from another network, or back. Here you choose the token you have, the token you want on Sei and sign once: a cross-chain route handles the bridge and any swap.
What Is Sei?
Sei is a Layer 1 with an EVM environment; gas is paid in SEI.

How to Bridge to Sei
- Connect your wallet on the network where your tokens are.
- From: the token you have, for example ETH on Ethereum or USDC on Arbitrum.
- To: the token you want on Sei; add a little SEI for gas.
- Enter your Sei address (0x…).
- Review the quote and confirm.
How to Bridge Back from Sei
Reverse the route: choose the token on Sei as the source and the token and network you want as the destination. Keep enough SEI on Sei to pay for the transaction.
Sei Tips
Older native sei1… addresses are being phased out under Sei’s SIP-3 upgrade; bridges here use the EVM (0x) address.
Mistakes to Avoid
- No SEI for gas on arrival.
- Wrong address format: Sei uses 0x (EVM) addresses.
- Fake bridge sites: use the widget or bookmarked apps, never links from direct messages; see crypto bridge safety.
How bridges work: cross-chain bridge. All networks: bridge hub.
