To bridge Polygon to Solana, choose your token on Polygon (USDC, USDT or POL) as “from”, USDC or SOL on Solana as “to”, paste your Solana address, check the route and confirm. Polygon and Solana use different address formats, so your usual 0x address cannot receive on Solana; you need a Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or a multichain wallet that supports Solana.
Route at a Glance
| Polygon (source) | Solana (destination) | |
|---|---|---|
| Gas token | POL | SOL |
| Address format | 0x… | Base58 (e.g. 7Xf…) |
| Common tokens | USDC, USDT, POL | USDC, SOL |
| Wallet | Any EVM wallet | Solana-compatible wallet |
Step by Step
- Copy your Solana address from your Solana wallet.
- Connect your EVM wallet on Polygon in the widget above.
- From: USDC (or USDT, POL) on Polygon. To: USDC or SOL on Solana.
- Paste the Solana address as recipient and enter the amount.
- Review amount received, fees and time, then approve and confirm.
Tips
- Keep POL for gas; a transfer without POL cannot be signed on Polygon.
- Get a little SOL on arrival so you can move or swap tokens on Solana.
- USDC on Polygon comes in native and bridged (USDC.e) versions; the widget lists both, so check which one your wallet holds.
How Polygon connects to other networks is covered in our Polygon bridge guide, and the Ethereum-to-Solana version of this route in how to bridge ETH to Solana.
