A celo bridge moves your tokens to Celo from another network, or back. Here you choose the token you have, the token you want on Celo and sign once: a cross-chain route handles the bridge and any swap.
What Is Celo?
Celo is an EVM network that runs as an Ethereum Layer 2; its native token is CELO, and wallets can also pay fees in some stablecoins.
| Celo | |

| Gas token | CELO |

Live Routes to and from Celo
| Route | Value in | You receive (value) | Route fees | Source gas | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 USDC on Arbitrum → USDC on Celo | $499.74 | $497.76 | $1.68 | $0.01 | seconds |
Quotes are live LI.FI routes requested on October 23, 2026 (recommended route), before the 0.7% Step Exchange service fee. Routes, prices and times change with liquidity; the widget shows the current quote before you sign.
How to Bridge to Celo
- Connect your wallet on the network where your tokens are.
- From: the token you have, for example ETH on Ethereum or USDC on Arbitrum.
- To: the token you want on Celo; add a little CELO for gas.
- Enter your Celo address (0x…).
- Review the quote and confirm.
How to Bridge Back from Celo
Reverse the route: choose the token on Celo as the source and the token and network you want as the destination. Keep enough CELO on Celo to pay for the transaction.
Celo Tips
If a route to Celo is not available for ETH, bridge a stablecoin such as USDC and swap on Celo.
Mistakes to Avoid
- No CELO for gas on arrival.
- Wrong address format: Celo uses 0x (EVM) addresses.
- Fake bridge sites: use the widget or bookmarked apps, never links from direct messages; see crypto bridge safety.
How bridges work: cross-chain bridge. All networks: bridge hub.
